The Regional Strategic Leadership Course (RSLC), launched in 2018 through the cooperation of defense ministers from the Western Balkans and Austria, brings together senior civil and military representatives, as well as participants from politics, business, and media, with the goal of strengthening security, stability, and mutual trust in the region.
